Професійне самовизначення та його вплив на загальний розвиток особистості в професійній діяльності

Abstract

В даній статті аналізуються наукові дослідження з проблематики професійного самовизначення, в яких детермінується поняття професійного самовизначення, визначається його звʼязок з загальним життєвим самовизначенням особистості. Визначаються психологічні та соціальні умови реалізації процесу самовизначення в професійній діяльності, етапи професійного самовизначення як складного динамічного процесу, що триває протягом всієї професійної діяльності особистості. Зазначається, що успішне та усвідомлене самовизначення в професійній сфері є однією з основних умов успішної професійної діяльності. This article discloses the analysis of scientific works that deals with the problem of self-realization. For a long time, the problem of professional self-determination has not been considered alone, but identified as a society social order that concerned with the certain fields specialists training. Nowadays, the importance of professional self-determination is becoming more and more essential, which can be tracked in the researches of such scientists as B. Ananyev, A. Petrovskyy, S. Rubinshtein, L. Korostylova, N. Xakimova and others, since the adjustment of personal and professional needs of a person takes the whole period of professional activity. Professional activity becomes the basis for a personal development in middle years for the majority of people. Professional self-realization is accomplished in the process of an individualʼs professional activity. Professional self-realization of a person involves the following stages: 1) professional self- determination (activity selection); 2) establishment in the chosen profession; 3) professional growth and professional expertise evolvement. As far as we concerned, the stage of professional self-determination is the most difficult and important in the process of a personalityʼs professional self-realization. It is at this stage where the thorough analysis of own abilities, ambitions and wishes is performed. Professional self-determination of a modern individual is closely connected with the general life self-determination of a person that is considerably influenced by social environment and necessity of an individualʼs active life position. Professional self-determination – is a complicated dynamic process of a personʼs orientation in the professional-labor environment, evolvement and self-realization of mental and physical abilities, formation of adequate professional intentions and plans, realistic image of yourself as a professional. Professional self-determination is a factor for successful initial stage of the personalʼs establishment in the profession, professional growth and professional expertise development. In the process of obtaining a professional education, the final stage of professional self-realization is accomplished together with the initial stage of professional establishment. It should be mentioned, that the target of further research is the process of a personalityʼs professional establishment in the conditions of a higher educational establishment.
