The paper considers the scientific and methodological foundations of business planning for the activities of an aviation enterprise. The activities of the ATO IAC "URGA" and its flight training center are analyzed. A business plan for the implementation of a new type of training aircraft in the flight training center of the ATO IAC "URGA" h as been developed.
