Інноваційний розвиток підприємств: досвід Норвегії

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасний етап розвитку інноваційних підприємств Норвегії та визначено перспективи розвитку інноваційного середовища в країні. Досліджено пріоритетні напрями діяльності норвезьких інноваційних кластерів. Акцентовано на тому, що інноваційні кластери Норвегії стимулюють розвиток підприємств, інновацій і, відповідно, зростання конкурентоспроможності економіки країни. Наведений досвід може бути використаний для створення більш ефективної мережі підтримки і розвитку інноваційної діяльності в нашій країні та більш ефективній комерціалізації інноваційних технологій розроблених вітчизняними підприємствами та організаціями. The article analyzes the current stage of development of the Norwegian innovation environment and identifies prospects of development. The priority directions of activity of Norwegian innovation clusters are investigated. Emphasis is placed on the fact that Norway's innovation clusters stimulate business development, innovation and, consequently, the growth of the country's economic competitiveness. This experience can be used to create a more effective network of support and development of innovation in our country and more effective commercialization of innovative technologies developed by national enterprises and organizations. According to the Global Competitiveness Index, Norway has held a high position in recent years. Norway is also one of the most economically developed European countries and has recently shown positive results in various international rankings. The Norwegian experience shows that the rapid development of the

innovation environment is possible only with the financial support of the government and a well- thought-out system of support for innovation at all levels, from organizational to investment. Until

recently, Norway was a country that lived by mining. Today, this country plays a leading role in the field of high technology. In addition, Norway today is an attractive country for young scientists from around the world, which has created its own Silicon Valley and is successfully cooperating with its American counterpart in the field of high technology. The innovative environment created in Norway has allowed it to take its place in the market for innovative technologies that have much greater economic potential in the long run than the concentration of the entire economic system around mineral trade, and has experienced a relatively painless fall in gas and oil prices.
