Оцінка ефективності транспортного обслуговування туристичних авіаційних перевезень

Abstract

Запропоновано універсальну методику оцінки ефективності транспортного обслуговування туристичних авіаційних перевезень із застосуванням теорії сталого розвитку з урахуванням специфічних особливостей авіатранспортного забезпечення туристичних перевезень. На основі фундаментального закону збереження потужності обґрунтовано можливість оцінювання ефективності транспортного обслуговування туристичних авіаційних перевезень за ступенем реалізації потенційних транспортних можливостей повітряних суден – повнотою використання їх транспортної потужності. Розроблено методики розрахунків показників досконалості авіаційних транспортних технологій, якості організації (управління) авіатранспортного забезпечення туристичних перевезень та визначення ефективності транспортного обслуговування туристичних авіаційних перевезень в цілому. Determining the efficiency of transport service of tourist aviation is characterized by two main methodological problems of different levels: the general problem of the lack of a single, universal measure for assessing efficiency (through results and costs) and the specific sectoral problem of determining them, due to the specific features of air transport productionn- lack of raw materials and products; combining processes of production and consumption of air transport products; the need to reserve production capacity due to the inability to create its reserves; participation of the consumer of aviation services, along with their manufacturer, in the process of transport service of tourist aviation. The approach to solving these problems is to use the doctrine of sustainable development,

which is based on a universal space-time system of general laws of nature. A fundamental law- measure for open systems is the law of conservation of power, according to which, the universal

measure of efficiency at any level of control for systems of any nature is the ratio of useful power at the output of the system to full power at its input, and the corresponding coefficient of efficiency is determined the product of the coefficients of excellence in technology and quality of organization (management). On the basis of adaptation to the tasks of research of the theory of sustainable development using the fundamental law of power conservation, the possibility of estimating the efficiency of transport service of tourist aviation transportation by the degree of realization of potential transport possibilities of aircraft - the full use of their transport capacity is substantiated. Methods for calculating the respective coefficients of efficiency of transport service of tourist aviation services as a product of the coefficients of perfection of aviation transport technologies (determine the ratio of flight time of the aircraft to the total calendar time of its operation for a certain period) and coefficients of quality of organization aircraft occupancy rate as occupancy factor azhyrskyh seats). A promising area of research on this issue is to identify, analyze and evaluate the impact of factors for improving the efficiency of transport service of tourist aviation and the development of adequate mathematical models of processes of transport service of tourist aviation to ensure their maximum efficiency.
