Питання впровадження дистанційного навчання в освітньо-інформаційний простір закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанням впровадження дистанційного навчання в освітньо- інформаційний простір закладів вищої освіти України. Метою статті є виявлення шляхів сформування освітньо-інформаційного середовища закладів вищої освіти та визначення найбільш ефективних інформаційно-комунікативних технологій дистанційної освіти. Nowadays introduction effectiveness of distance education methods and forms is an important factor of determining success of different level educational institutions’ activity. Those challenges that educational institutions in Ukraine faced during tough quarantine restrictions require wide discussion for the purpose of solving optimization issues of further modern distance education information and education technologies in the information and education environment of our country. Despite the number of study, there is no clear definition of the distance education essence, its successful introduction conditions. The ways to avoid the drawbacks of such a format of educational process have not been determined. Most scholars consider distance education as a form of education management in which students and teachers are separated in time and space, though they are able to maintain synchronous or asynchronous dialogue with the help of telecommunication means. Distance education has a number of advantages, which is a result of information technologies implementation. Unfortunately, it has significant disadvantages. The key to effective introduction of distance education and overcoming drawbacks can be the creation by a teacher more effective educational environment – electronic teaching course of an academic subject that ensures conditions for active interaction of students and the effect of a permanent teacher’s presence and is achieved by a choice service, task arrangements, organization of cross-checking of the tasks done, group projects development. According to experts, the creation of such an e-education course is provided by educational management system Moodle. For distance education introduction to be successful, it is necessary to change the education model, to develop information and education environment, to create information and education environment of higher educational institutions, to work out modern technologies of distance education, to provide teachers’ refresher training. At present there is development of distance education programs, diverse distance courses, modern information and communication technologies introduction into educational process, development of monitoring forms of higher education students’ achievements and effective forms of testing of received knowledge.
