Авіаційна підмова у професійному спілкуванні диспетчерів управління повітряним рухом

Abstract

У статті визначено необхідність виникнення авіаційної підмови для вирішення професійних завдань диспетчерів управління повітряним рухом. Окреслено основні етапи розвитку та становлення англійської мови авіаційної сфери та важливість професійного спілкування диспетчерів управління повітряним рухом. The necessity of aviation language sub-category for solving air traffic controllers’ professional tasks is defined in the research. Nowadays the development of science and technologies has caused the emerging of various human performance spheres, and as a result, presentation of communication for specific purposes is of great importance. Performing their duties, air traffic controllers require communication with limited information exchange specific for their mutual understanding. Beyond controversy flights safety depends on the professional communication level of pilots and air traffic controllers. The language of profession is an integral part of air traffic controllers’ professional communication, and its proficiency is their main task. A great number of scientists, for instance B. Aliakrynskyi, O. Akimova, D.Broadbent, L. Herasymenko, Ye. Kmita, O. Kovtun, V. Kolosov, D. Macmillan, T. Malkovska, O. Moskalenko, B. Lomov, V. Piven, K. Platonov, A. Pchelinov, T. Tarnavska have been trying to determine the value of professional language interaction in the mode "a pilot – a controller". We have come to conclusion that Air Traffic Management has become of great importance because of rapid aircraft maintenance facility and overland flights development that determined the necessity of unified radiotelephony communication. In its turn a low level of radiotelephony communication caused the necessity to use one exclusive language for international aviation. English has been chosen as the international language of radiotelephony phraseology which is developed to provide efficient, clear, concise, and unambiguous communication, and constant attention should be given to the correct use of ICAO phraseologies in all instances in which they are applicable. So Radiotelephony English, which includes but must not be limited to ICAO phraseology and can require the use of "general" English, as a sub-category of aviation English is the language used in radiotelephony communications.
