Критерії та рівні пізнавальної активності майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему розвитку пізнавальної активності майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів. На основі вивчення та аналізу науково-педагогічних джерел визначено сутність пізнавальної активності майбутніх фахівців як цілісного утворення, системи, що характеризує стан їхньої особистісної сформованості та професійної спрямованості. Виділено та охарактеризовано критерії, показники та рівні пізнавальної активності майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів у процесі їх професійної підготовки. The article considers the problem of the development of cognitive activity of flight operator managers, since, from our point of view, the cognitive capabilities of flight operator managers are not sufficiently formed, there are problems in mastering professional knowledge and skills. Thus, the study of all aspects that contribute to the development of cognitive activity of future flight operator managers in the process of their professional training is an urgent problem. The specifics of the training of flight operator managers has a special character in the organization of the educational process. The cognitive activity of cadets in theoretical classes is aimed at developing the internal qualities of the personality of a future specialist (professional knowledge, thinking, imagination, memory, etc.), that is, transferring to the cadets the necessary baggage of special knowledge necessary for successful activity, for example, in emergency situations, development of skills of logical and operational professional thinking. Based on the study and analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, the essence of the cognitive activity of future specialists as a holistic education, a system characterizing the state of their personality formation and professional orientation is determined. Based on the essence of the cognitive activity of flight operator managers to assess the level of state of their cognitive activity, we have identified three criteria with a description of their indicators: motivational; procedural and personal; practically effective. Three levels of cognitive activity of future flight controllers in the process of their professional training are identified and characterized: high, medium and low. When we talk about the development of cognitive activity of cadets of aviation establishments, in particular, flight operator managers, we mean qualitative changes in this phenomenon, which ensure that cadets achieve their training goals at the university. The criteria and levels of cognitive activity of flight operator managers that we have conventionally identified allow us to follow the development process of this education and tentatively determine the standard that cadets should strive for in the process of training at a higher aviation educational institution.
