The educational systems of different countries have gained extensive experience in using the project method in learning. This method is an alternative to the traditional lecture approach. Higher education today involves not only the acquisition of academic and basic knowledge, but also the development of various personal and social skills, communication skills and teamwork, which is an important condition for the success of the graduate in the labor market. One of the pedagogical technologies that contributes to this is the design method of teaching. It allows you to get general skills of critical thinking, develop analytical abilities, teach you to think about general ideas and formulate your thoughts. Project training always involves teamwork. It allows students to acquire teamwork skills, leadership skills, teach distribution of tasks among colleagues, resolve conflicts, and so on. The main task of any project team is to achieve a synergistic effect. The peculiarity of working on a learning project is also that it involves finding an answer to a specific question, which is often formulated in the form of a problem. The experience of different countries suggests that the request for the formation of subject competences: the ability to work in a team, leadership, communication competences, etc. - can be satisfied with the project approach to the organization of educational and educational activities at all levels of education. The widespread use of educational design in today's socio-cultural reality allows us to talk about it as a special personality-oriented component of developing educational technology. Taking into account the current trends of penetration of IT technologies into all spheres of human activity, including in the sphere of education, further research in this area will focus on the prospects of combining the latest digital developments with almost age-old experience of using the project learning method. | en_US |
