Abstract

В статті розглянуто сутність та змістовну структуру педагогічних умов, сформульовано поняття педагогічних умов формування конкурентоспроможності менеджерів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності авіаційної галузі, встановлено їх характерні особливості, визначено педагогічні умови формування конкурентоспроможності майбутніх менеджерів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності авіаційної галузі. The liberalization of the air transport market raises the issue of providing aviation companies and enterprises with management expertise that can effectively manage foreign economic activity and be competitive on the labor market. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competitiveness of future managers of foreign economic activity of aviation enterprises in the process of professional training are be understood as the organizational, informative, and technological characteristics of the educational process, envisaging the implementation of specific methods and forms of learning with motivational and control and evaluation elements. Forms and methods of training are conditioned by the content and conditions of future professional activity and are capable of exerting a projected impact on the competitiveness of future managers of foreign economic activity of aviation enterprises. In the generalized form the structure of the conditions of formation of competitiveness of future specialists is presented, among which - organizational, technological and informative conditions. The overwhelming majority of the characteristics that determine the above conditions are regulated and defined in the terms, conditions, requirements, concepts and rules. The central place in this structure is occupied by the pedagogical conditions that determine the levels of success rates for these elements of competitiveness. Among them is the rational organization of the educational process. This condition should ensure the gradual development of educational material, substantive integrability and formation of established general and professional competencies by mastering the system knowledge of the disciplines of the curriculum for the training of specialists in the management of foreign economic activity in the aviation industry; The next condition is the formation of an educational and cultural environment and the psychological climate of healthy competition in the student collective. It provides updating of the subject position, motivation of the student in achieving educational goals, awareness of norms, principles, values of professional activity, development and formation of reflection as a factor for the formation of professionalism and competitiveness of graduates. Also, an important pedagogical condition is a consistent complication of educational activity from cognitive-evaluative to a creative level, based on the activation of cognitive and practical activity of students. The essential characteristics and content of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competitiveness of future managers of the foreign economic activity of the aviation industry, ascertained in the course of scientific analysis, will contribute to the highly effective preparation of managers for the foreign economic activity of the aviation industry and will create healthy competition in the labor market.
