Місце навчальної практики з активного туризму у процесі формування дослідницьких умінь майбутніх менеджерів туристичної діяльності

Abstract

У статті аналізуються можливості навчальної практики з активного туризму для процесу формування дослідницьких умінь майбутніх менеджерів туристичної діяльності. Представлена авторська класифікація дослідницьких умінь. Охарактеризовані основні етапи практики та наслідки кожного з них для формування основних груп дослідницьких умінь. The need to develop internal tourism in Ukraine requires training of qualified professionals. Therefore, the aim of the presented article is to identify the possibilities of educational practices with the active tourism for the process of the formation of the research skills of future managers of tourist activity. An important component of professional training of future managers of tourist activity is educational and industrial practices. They promote student training and research activities and provide formation of students of the complex of research skills. Such skills are necessary for future specialists to provide "scientific support and research in the field of tourism and resorts". We consider "research skills" as a set of intelligent and practical actions that provide the ability of an individual to make independently observe, generalization and analyze processes and phenomena of reality, to acquire new knowledge and apply it in accordance with the goal of the research or professional activity. We propose to combine them into five groups: operational, organizational, communicative, practical, cartographic. Study tours of active tourism provide future tourists with the opportunity to deepen theoretical knowledge, consolidate acquired skills and skills. Practices have three stages – preparatory, field and cameral. Each of them allows students to work out basic groups of research skills. The main form of conducting field stage of practice is educational and production excursions. In addition, each student conducts a monographic study of one of the centers of recreation and tourism activities in the area of practice. In this way, he again independently passing all stages of scientific research.
