Діалогічна взаємодія як основа комунікації між суб’єктами освітнього процесу в авіаційному ВНЗ

Abstract

У даній статті розглядається діалогічна взаємодія як основа комунікації між суб’єктами освітнього процесу в авіаційному ВНЗ. В процесі дослідження було встановлено, що діалог виступає методологічним принципом, методом і способом проектування і реалізації освіти, в якому посилюється роль учня як суб’єкта навчальної діяльності, спрямованої на народження нових знань та особистісне освітнє прирощення. Діалог має на меті організацію продуктивної освітньої діяльності студента та його самореалізацію у процесі діалогу. The given article is devoted to the problem of dialogic interaction as basics of communication between individuals of educational process in aviation higher educational establishments. It is a well-known fact that communication can be interpreted as creation, transmission and interpretation of information. The demonstration of professional communication of aviation specialists at their working places is conducting radiotelephony communication. It can be viewed as a kind of interaction, exchange of professional information between a crew of an aircraft and an air traffic controller and other ground services. According to the objective and tasks of radiotelephony communication between its participants the following strategies of communicative interaction are to be used: informing, inquiry, monitoring. In the cases of emergency situations when the knowledge of standard radiotelephony communication is not enough, the natural language is of great importance because it fills the gaps in communication. But even in this case vocabulary is limited by the situation and register is identified by pilot and air traffic controller’s social status. Because of this fact, in emergency situations radiotelephony communication foresees selective usage of the natural language. The dialogue stimulates the students’ creative activity as it allows to understand them their significance, to decrease tension and uncertainty by means of increasing interest in educational process. Such creative activity gives an opportunity to connect different subject factors, have perceptual unity of the number of interconnected educational problems, get from the memory necessary at this particular moment information and also get deeper knowledge and improve the process of self-readiness for professional realization.
