Особливості дослідження формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі у процесі вивчення природничих дисциплін

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано відношення працюючих авіафахівців до природничих дисциплін. Охарактеризовано основні напрями навчально-виховного процесу вивчення природничих дисциплін у ЛНЗ, обгрунтовано педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності майбутніх авіафахівців у процесі вивчення природничих дисциплін та наведені дані експериментальної перевірки. Уточнене поняття «професійна компетентність майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі у процесі вивчення природничих дисциплін». The paper contains main definitions concerning aviation specialists’ training and clarifies the concept of «professional competence of future aviation specialists in the process of studying natural sciences». The attitude of working aviation specialists to natural sciences is analyzed: time and need for their study, specification of the necessary abilities and skills in natural sciences, etc. Pedagogical conditions for forming professional competence of future specialists in the aviation field in the process of studying natural sciences are detailed, namely: simulation of cadets’ training and practical activity using the method of analyzing aviation events; improving the structure of out-of-class activity as a component of cadets’ self-education by introducing the latest information technologies; optimization of cadets’ research activities through the application of practical skills in the context-based format of the course work. The first pedagogical condition included attracting future aviation specialists’ attention to the professional component of natural sciences and to the widespread use of the potential of materials of investigations of aviation events both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. The main goals of the second condition were: to hold a variety of out-of-class events in order to ensure the professional orientation of students’ out-of-class activity; creation of the appropriate information environment and educational interaction. When introducing the third pedagogical condition, the main efforts were aimed at raising the level of cadets’ relevant theoretical knowledge from situational experience, improving research skills, applying practical skills, expanding professional experience and preparing for future professional activities. The data of experimental verification of the above mentioned pedagogical conditions for forming professional competence in the process of studying natural sciences by future aviation specialists is presented, which confirmed the effectiveness of their influence and expediency of further implementation of the developed areas of work in the process of training cadets of aviation higher education institutions.
