Інноваційні технології у процесі професійної підготовки фахівців

Abstract

У статті розглядаються інноваційні технології навчання, які спрямовані на вирішення багатьох проблем, пов’язаних з активізацією навчальної діяльності майбутніх фахівців, формування необхідних професійно-особистісних якостей, професійної свідомості та самосвідомості. Інноваційні технології удосконалюють процес професійної підготовки фахівців до інноваційно-технологічної діяльності та здатні значно прискорити процеси оновлення системи освіти загалом. В статье рассматриваются инновационные технологии обучения, которые направлены на решение многих проблем, связанных с активизацией учебной деятельности будущих специалистов, формирование необходимых профессионально-личностных качеств, профессионального сознания и самосознания. Инновационные технологии совершенствуют процесс профессиональной подготовки специалистов в инновационно-технологической деятельности и способны значительно ускорить процессы обновления системы образования в целом. The article examines innovative learning technologies aimed at solving many problems related with the intensification of the training of future specialists, forming the necessary professional and personal qualities, professional consciousness and self-actualization. Innovative technologies improve the process of professional training to innovation and technological activity and capable significantly accelerate the processes of renewal the education system in general. In practice of higher school, the following types of innovative technologies are mostly used: personality-oriented; new information technologies; module-rating technologies; technology of creativity development; game technologies; interactive technologies; design technologies; technologies of targeting and life-creation; training technologies. Using innovative technologies in the training of future professionals is associated with the training of competitive professionals who are ready to solve complex practical problems related to their professional activities.
