Управління логістикою на підприємстві (на основі матеріалів авіакомпанії LOT Polish Airlines)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено організаційно-економічні основи управління логістикою в умовах авіаційного підприємства. На прикладі LOT Polish Airlines проаналізовано структуру логістичної системи компанії, визначено ключові напрями її розвитку та особливості організації логістичних процесів. Оцінено вплив інвестицій у логістичну інфраструктуру, кадрового забезпечення, внутрішньої координації та екологічної відповідальності на ефективність реалізації логістичної стратегії. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінської логістичної системи для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в динамічному середовищі авіаційної галузі. The work investigates the organizational and economic foundations of logistics management in the conditions of an aviation enterprise. Using the example of LOT Polish Airlines, the structure of the company's logistics system is analyzed, key directions of its development and features of logistics process organization are determined. The impact of investments in infrastructure, staffing, internal coordination, and environmental responsibility on the effectiveness of the logistics strategy is assessed. Practical recommendations are formulated to improve the logistics management system and ensure the enterprise’s competitiveness in the dynamic environment of the aviation industry.
