Мотивація персоналу підприємства в кризових умовах

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто науково-методологічні основи інноваційної діяльності підприємства, досліджено її особливості в авіаційній (туристичній) галузі в умовах ЗЕД. Проаналізовано господарську діяльність та систему управління інноваціями досліджуваного підприємства. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства. In this work the scientific and methodological bases of innovation activity of the enterprise are considered, its features in the aviation (tourism) branch in the conditions of foreign economic activity are investigated. The economic activity and innovation management system of the investigated enterprise are analyzed. The ways of increasing of the efficiency of management of innovative activity of the enterprise are substantiated.
