Модель системи електронного документообігу закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

У дипломній роботі проаналізовано загальні теоретичні засади функціонування систем електронного документообігу на підприємстві, види і форми існуючих документів, охарактеризовано переваги електронного документообігу. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз сучасних існуючих систем електронного документообігу в Україні. На основі теоретичного аналізу літературних джерел проаналізовано організацію документообігу в закладі вищої освіти. Описано вимоги, можливості, підходи, передумови впровадження та проблеми, що стоять на шляху впровадження системи електронного документообігу в заклад вищої освіти. Розглянуто компанії, що надають послуги з функціонування систем електронного документообігу українським закладам вищої освіти та їх основні можливості. Здійснено аналіз діяльності системи електронного документообігу в роботі закладу вищої освіти (на прикладі Української державної льотної академії). Виконано аналіз інформаційного забезпечення діяльності Української державної льотної академії.Використано традиційний метод SWOT-аналізу, що дозволяє провести детальне дослідження зовнішнього й внутрішнього середовища акладу вищої освіти та отримати наступні результати для організації системи електронного документообігу в закладі вищої освіти. Розроблено та описано модель системи електронного документообігу закладу вищої освіти. The thesis analyzes the general theoretical principles of the functioning of electronic document management systems at the enterprise, types and forms of existing documents, and characterizes the advantages of electronic document management. A comparative analysis of modern existing electronic document management systems in Ukraine is carried out. Based on a theoretical analysis of literary sources, the organization of document management in a higher education institution is analyzed. The requirements, capabilities, approaches, prerequisites for implementation and problems that stand in the way of implementing an electronic document management system in a higher education institution are described. Companies that provide services for the functioning of electronic document management systems to Ukrainian higher education institutions and their main capabilities are considered. An analysis of the operation of the electronic document management system in the work of a higher education institution is carried out (using the example of the Ukrainian State Flight Academy). An analysis of the information support of the activities of the Ukrainian State Flight Academy is carried out. The traditional SWOT analysis method was used, which allows for a detailed study of the external and internal environment of a higher education institution and to obtain the following results for organizing an electronic document management system in a higher education institution. A model of an electronic document management system for a higher education institution has been developed and described.
