Вдосконалення організаційного забезпечення та управління життєвим циклом об’єктів авіаційного транспорту

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто наукові, теоретичні та методологічні положення організаційного забезпечення та управління життєвим циклом об’єктів авіаційного транспорту. Проаналізовано основні напрямки діяльності і організаційне забезпечення та управління життєвим циклом об’єктів авіаційного транспорту ДП «Антонов». Розроблено програму вдосконалення організаційного забезпечення та управління життєвим циклом об’єктів авіаційного транспорту ДП «Антонов». In this work are considered the scientific, theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational support and improvement of management of the life cycle of aviation transport objects. The main activities and system of organizational support and improvement of management of the life cycle of aviation transport objects of the State- owned aerospace and aircraft manufacturing company “Antonov” are analyzed. The program of improvement of the organizational support and and improvement of management of the life cycle of aviation transport objects of the State-owned aerospace and aircraft manufacturing company “Antonov” is developed.
