| Abstract: | В роботі розглянуто наукові, теоретичні та методологічні положення організаційного забезпечення та управління чартерними вантажними авіаційними перевезеннями. Проаналізовано основні напрямки діяльності і організаційне забезпечення та управління чартерними вантажними авіаційними перевезеннями ТОВ «Авіакомпанія Зет Авіа». Розроблено програму вдосконалення організаційного забезпечення та управління чартерними вантажними авіаційними перевезеннями ТОВ «Авіакомпанія Зет Авіа». In this work are considered the scientific, theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational support and management of the air cargo charter transportation’s improvement. The main activities and system of organizational support and management of the air cargo charter transportation’s improvement of the air company “LLC ZetAvia” are analyzed. The program of improvement of the organizational support and management of the air cargo charter transportation’s improvement of the air company “LLC ZetAvia” is developed. |
