Управління інноваційним процесом на підприємстві (на базі матеріалів ПрАТ «SkyUp Airlines»)

Abstract

В даній науковій праці має місце дослідження науково-методологічних основ зі сторони управління інноваційним процесом на підприємстві, досліджено її особливості та специфіка саме в авіаційній (туристичній) галузі в умовах ЗЕД. Проаналізовано основні методи діяльність й реалізації, а також досліджена система управління інноваціями. Обґрунтовано шляхи підвищення ефективності управління інноваційним процесом на підприємстві. In this scientific work, there is a study of the scientific and methodological foundations from the side of the management of the innovation process at the enterprise, its features and specifics are investigated specifically in the aviation (tourism) industry in t he conditions of economic development. The main methods of activity and implementation were analyzed, as well as the innovation management system was investigated. Ways to improve the efficiency of management of the innovation process at the enterprise are substantiated.
