Напрями удосконалення управління кадровою політикою підприємства ТОВ «Авіакомпанія “Windrose”»

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто науково-методичні основи управління кадровою політикою підприємства, досліджено сутність та види кадрової політики підприємства та управління нею. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність ТОВ «Авіакомпанія «Windrose», сучасний стан та ефективність кадрової політики. Обгрунтовано напрямки удосконалення управління кадрової політики підприємства, шляхи покращення методичних підходів до оцінювання кадрової політики підприємства та пропозиції щодо забезпечення ефективної реалізації кадрової політики. The paper considers the scientific and methodological foundations of managing the personnel policy of the enterprise, investigates the essence and types of the personnel policy of the enterprise and its management. Analyzes the financial and economic activities of LLC «Windrose Airlines», the current state and effectivenes of the personnel policy. Substantiates the directions for improving the management of the personnel policy of the enterprise, ways to improve methodological approaches to assessing the personnel policy of the enterprise and proposals for ensuring the effective implementation of the personnel policy.
