Методологічні аспекти практичної підготовки здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти педагогічних спеціальностей

Abstract

Презентовано методологічні аспекти, сильні та слабкі сторони практичної підготовки здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти в Льотній академії Національного авіаційного університету. Обґрунтовано формування у здобувачів вищої освіти позитивної мотивації до фахової науково-педагогічної діяльності, вдосконалення комплексу професійних компетентностей, що забезпечують готовність до педагогічного проєктування навчально-методичних комплексів дисциплін відповідно до профілю підготовки і проведення рівних видів навчальних занять з використанням інноваційних освітніх технологій. Розкрито зміст, хронологічну послідовність етапів та методологічні основи проходження фахової науково-педагогічної практики. Метою дослідження став теоретичний аналіз методологічних аспектів науково-педагогічної практичної підготовки здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти, розкриття її сильних та слабких сторін. У якості методів дослідження використано теоретичні методи дослідження, які базуються на аналізі наукової та методичної літератури, узагальнено проблеми, з якими зіштовхуються здобувачі у період пандемії/воєнного стану з проблеми практичної підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти, зокрема третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня ступеня доктора філософії. Проаналізовано та обґрунтовано методологічні та хронологічні аспекти проходження фахової науково-педагогічної практики, сильні та слабкі сторони в її організації та процесі проходження. Узагальнено, що очікуваними результатами фахової науково-дослідної педагогічної практики є вдосконалення компетентностей викладання, збору, аналізу та застосування досвіду взаємодії усіх учасників освітнього процесу для підвищення його ефективності. Зазначено сильні сторони та рекомендації щодо подолання проблем слабких сторін проходження практики, з якими зіштовхуються здобувачі у період пандемії/воєнного стану. Methodological aspects, strengths and weaknesses of practical training of applicants of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education at the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University are presented. The formation of positive motivation among students of higher education for professional scientific and pedagogical activities, improvement of the set of professional competencies, which ensure readiness for pedagogical design of educational and methodological complexes of disciplines in accordance with the profile of preparation and conducting of equal types of educational classes using innovative educational technologies, is substantiated. The content, chronological sequence of stages and methodological foundations of professional scientificpedagogical practice are revealed. The purpose of the study was the theoretical analysis of methodological aspects of scientific and pedagogical practical training of students of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, revealing its strengths and weaknesses. As research methods, theoretical research methods based on the analysis of scientific and methodical literature were used, the problems faced by applicants in the period of pandemic/martial law were summarized from the problem of practical training of applicants of higher education, in particular the third (educational and scientific) level of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Methodological and chronological aspects of passing professional scientific and pedagogical practice, strengths and weaknesses in its organization and the process of passing are analyzed and substantiated. The expediency of forming the skills to carry out a differentiated and individual approach to the subjects of the educational process; professional diagnosis of suitability for the teaching profession; study of the current state of educational work in various types of higher education institutions, advanced and innovative experience; to organize communication with all subjects of the educational process; to conduct scientific and methodological work and psychological and pedagogical research; to work with information and technical means of the educational process; to maintain and prepare documentation is updated. In general, the expected results of professional scientific research pedagogical practice are the improvement of teaching competencies, collection, analysis and application of the experience of interaction of all participants in the educational process to increase its effectiveness. Strengths and recommendations for overcoming practice weaknesses faced by applicants during pandemic/martial law are outlined.
