Abstract

З‘ясовано, що на сучасному етапі розвитку туристичної діяльності важливе значення має формування й ефективне функціонування системи інноваційного менеджменту. Наведено приклади сучасних інноваційних технологій, які використовують у сфері туризму: віртуальні 3D-тури (можливість подорожувати за допомогою мережі Інтернет), інтернет-маркетинг у сфері туризму. Установлено, що впровадження інноваційних технологій забезпечує ефективний розвиток туристичної сфери в сучасних умовах, а також дає суттєву конкурентну перевагу. It has been found that at the current stage of the development of tourist activity, the formation and effective functioning of the innovative management system is of great importance. Examples of modern innovative technologies used in the field of tourism are given: virtual 3D tours (the ability to travel using the Internet), Internet marketing in the field of tourism. It has been established that the introduction of innovative technologies ensures the effective development of the tourism sector in modern conditions, and also provides a significant competitive advantage.
