Модель формування уваги у майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів

Abstract

В даній кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто проблему формування уваги, як однієї із професійно важливих якостей майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів. В ході роботи було проаналізовано поняття «уваги», як один із компонентів професійно важливих якостей майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів, досліджена безпека польотів, а також вивчена професійна підготовка і виконаний аналіз професійно-важливих якостей диспетчерів із ЗП. Вивчались також наукові роботи і статті, пов’язані з темою дослідження. В ході роботи було виявлено, що однією з причин помилкових дій персоналу обслуговування повітряного руху, є недостатній рівень професійних знань, навичок та умінь, а також недостатній рівень сформованості професійно-важливих якостей. Одним із багатьох факторів, які призвели до цього, є незадовільний рівень підготовки майбутніх диспетчерів із ЗП. В роботі проводилися аналітичні дослідження, в ході яких були обрані методи по формуванню уваги у майбутніх диспетчерів із ЗП. На основі цих досліджень створено модель формування уваги у диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів. Всі елементи дослідження ґрунтуються на положеннях авіаційної та інженерної педагогіки та психології. Пояснювальна записка містить 7 рисунків, 9 таблиць, 50 літературних джерел, один додаток, 94 сторінки. This qualification paper examines the problem of attention formation as one of the professionally important qualities of future air traffic controllers. In the course of the work, the concept of "attention" was analyzed as one of the components of the professionally important qualities of future air traffic controllers, flight safety was investigated, as well as professional training was studied and an analysis of the professionally important qualities of air traffic controllers was performed. Scientific works and articles related to the research topic were also studied. In the course of the work, it was found that one of the reasons for the erroneous actions of air traffic service personnel is the insufficient level of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the insufficient level of formation of professionally important qualities. One of the many factors that have led to this is the unsatisfactory level of training of future dispatchers from the ZP. Analytical studies were carried out in the work, during which methods were chosen for the formation of attention in future dispatchers with LD. On the basis of these studies, a model of the formation of attention of air traffic controllers was created. All elements of the study are based on the provisions of aviation and engineering pedagogy and psychology. The explanatory note contains 7 figures, 9 tables, 50 literary sources, one app, 94 pages.
