Системно-динамічна модель професійного стресу авіадиспетчерів

Abstract

В роботі визначено та класифіковано комплекс чинників, що викликають збільшення загального рівня стресу на робочих місцях авіадиспетчерів, на експлуатаційний, подієвий, інформаційно-когнітивний, комунікативний, психоемоційний, організаційний та фрустраційний види стресу. Побудовано графічну модель взаємозв’язків визначених типів стресових чинників та обчислено важливість за степенем впливу кожного з них на загальний рівень професійного стресу авіадиспетчерів через міруцентральності вузлів у графовій мережі. Розроблено системно-динамічну модель професійного стресу, що демонструє зв’язок між визначальними стрес-факторами, і те, яким чином кожен з них вносить свій внесок у загальний рівень стресу диспетчерів УПР. Системно-динамічна модель складається з центрального компоненту «рівень професійного стресу авіадиспетчера» та кількох компонентів-агрегаторів, що акумулюють в собі вплив факторів професійного стресу різної природи, а петлі зворотного зв'язку в моделі демонструють потенційні посилюючі ефекти в системі. Складено загальні рекомендації з менеджменту професійного стресу диспетчерів УПР в диспетчерській зміні та запропоновано систему індивідуально-організаційних стратегій його подолання. The work identifies and classifies a set of factors that cause an increase in the overall level of work-related air traffic controllers’ stress into operational, event, information-cognitive, communicative, psychoemotional, organizational and frustration types of stress. A graphical model of the interrelationships of the identified types of stress factors was built and the importance of each of them on the overall level of occupational stress of air traffic controllers was calculated by the degree of centrality of the nodes in the graph network. A system-dynamic model of occupational stress has been developed that demonstrates the relationship between the determining stress factors and how each of them contributes to the overall level of stress of air traffic controllers. The system-dynamic model consists of a central component "level of air traffic controller's professional stress" and several aggregator components that accumulate the influence of professional stress factors of different nature, and the feedback loops in the model demonstrate potential reinforcing effects in the system. General recommendations for managing the air traffic controllers’ professional stress in the work rotating shifts and a system of individual and organizational strategies for overcoming it are proposed.
