Формування стратегії розвитку підприємства в умовах ЗЕД

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретичні основи та організаційно-методологічні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку підприємства. Досліджено особливості формування стратегії розвитку підприємства в авіаційній галузі. Проаналізовано господарську діяльність ДП «Міжнародний аеропорт «Львів» імені Д. Галицького. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення стратегії розвитку підприємства та програму реалізації даних заходів. The theoretical foundations and organizational and methodological aspects of the formation of the company's development strategy are considered. Peculiarities of the formation of the enterprise development strategy in the aviation industry have been studied. The economic activity of the SE "Lviv International Airport" named after D. Halytsky was analyzed. Ways to improve the company's development strategy and the program for the implementation of these measures are proposed.
