Developing of future civil aviation pilots’ motivation for professional activity

Abstract

The article highlights the current problem of professional training of future civil aviation pilots. It is emphasized the need to develop their motivation for professional activity. The pedagogical conditions of motivation development for professional activity are offered, particularly: motivation providing by the content of educational material with the use of interactive teaching methods; creating a positive emotional background at classes in the flight educational institution; encouragement for independent acquisition of the necessary professional competencies through the use of experience of pilotinstructors in the form of tutorial support. The results of the pedagogical experiment on the motivation development for professional activity of future pilots, which confirm the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions, are described.
