Структурно-функціональна модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій

Abstract

У статті подано обґрунтування структурно-функціональної моделі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій. Проаналізовані поняття «модель», «моделювання». Виділено основні компоненти (блоки) моделі. Умови та етапи формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у сфері енергозбереження та енергозберігаючих технологій. Виконаний поетапний аналіз представленої структурно-функціональної моделі та внесена пропозиція щодо експериментальної перевірки результативності. The article presents the substantiation of the structural-functional model for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energysaving technologies. The concepts of "model", "modeling" are analyzed. The main components (blocks) of the model, conditions and stages of formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy saving technologies are identified.The developed model for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of energy saving and energy saving technologies is distinguished by the unity of its components: goals, conceptual approaches, pedagogical principles, pedagogical conditions, forms and means of organizing training, diagnostic methods and results, and its dynamism lies in constant change, improvement, updating the content, forms, methods and means of training future information technology specialists. The process of developing a model for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in technical specialties in the field of energy saving and energy-saving technologies includes the following sequence of work: the general structure and components of the model are clarified, the goal and objectives are formulated, the structure and content of each component of the model are determined. A phased analysis of the presented structural-functional model was carried out and a proposal was made for experimental verification of effectiveness.
