Формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців технічних спеціальностей на основі інтегративного підходу

Abstract

Перед професійною освітою постає проблема забезпечення цілісності оволодіння студентами сучасним змістом освіти, якісним засвоєнням систематизованих знань, умінь і цінностей. Це дозволить майбутнім фахівцям включатися в інтеграційні процеси і нововведення сучасної науки та техніки, творчо підходити до вирішення актуальних професійних проблем. Особливої ваги набуває професійна підготовка фахівців технічних спеціальностей на основі інтегративного підходу. The main task for the modernization and development of education is to orient the content of the training of future specialists to the needs of the labor market and modern economic challenges, to improve the process of forming their professional competence. The relevance of this study is predetermined by the increasing requirements for the training of future specialists, since the main goal of education is to meet the current and future needs of the individual, to prepare a diversified personality, the ability to self-education and self-improvement. Professional activity integrates all types of activity and therefore can be called integration. Progressive qualitative changes in the industry determine a different strategy for training competitive specialists in new integration activities. The integration of professional training of a future specialist of this type requires updating the content and process of professional training. The main tasks of integrating vocational education include: creating the conditions for future professionals to obtain professional qualifications; meeting the needs of industry in qualified, competitive specialists; education of socially active, creat ively developed members of society. The integrative approach focuses on the quality of professional education and the achievement of a guaranteed learning outcome, aimed at shaping the personality of the future professional through the integration of different types of activities in the process of theoretical and practical training, as close as possible to the conditions of professional activity; it requires the development of integrated training documentation and comprehensive methodological support. Using an integrative approach in modern vocational education is a very important aspect of training future specialists in technical specialties, as it enhances the professional motivation of students, stimulates the development of their creative potential, and makes it possible to discover and use personal resources to achieve success in professional activities. Almost all special disciplines are based on knowledge from other disciplines, and only a deep understanding of the complex of all disciplines can ensure work at the proper levels. It is advisable to carry out professional training of specialists in technical specialties on the basis of an integrative approach. This will contribute to the effective formation of professional competence of future specialists in technical specialties.
