Розвиток міжкультурної толерантності у процесі фахової підготовки майбутніх авіаційних фахівців

Abstract

The perception of cultural diversity and cultural differences leads to an understanding of the need for an equal dialogue, whose main task is to ensure intercultural communication of representatives of various national cultures and adopting principles of tolerance. For the globalization era, tolerance becomes the only possibility of preserving national-cultural identity, peculiarity, uniqueness, since otherwise cultural standards and values will be lost. Preparation of students, future aviation specialists possessing a high level of formation in intercultural communication, is one of the main preconditions for its professional activities. Therefore, training students should be sent to overcome problems with representatives of different cultures in order to form a tolerant attitude to each other.
