Роль позитивного психологічного клімату у формуванні ціннісних орієнтацій міжкультурної взаємодії майбутніх пілотів

Abstract

У статті узагальнено та теоретично обґрунтовано поняття «цінність», «ціннісні оріентації», психологічний клімат». Проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні дослідження вітчизняних, зарубіжних вчених та науковців щодо вирішення проблеми позитивного психологічного клімату та формування ціннісних орієнтацій міжкультурної взаємодії майбутніх фахівців. Виокремлено ключові властивості та фактори встановлення позитивного психологічного клімату у міжкультурному середовищі. The article generalizes and theoretically substantiates the concept of "value", "value orientations", "psychological climate". Psychological and pedagogical researches of domestic, foreign scientists and scientists concerning the decision of a problem of a positive psychological climate and formation of value orientations of intercultural interaction of future experts are analyzed. It is highlighted the key properties and factors of establishing a positive psychological climate in an intercultural surrounding. Modern aviation professionals need practical knowledge and skills in intercultural interaction to functionally use a foreign language in professional and everyday life, considering English as a means of communication, based on the fact that the ultimate goal of communication is mutual understanding that arises between communicators. To achieve a positive psychological climate in the formation of value orientations in the group and in professional activities, such material evenly among all students; objective resolution of conflict situations; self-criticism; fair assessment of student activity; discussion of important decisions in the group; mutual assistance. The humanization of education has led to the emergence of methodologically oriented pedagogical activities, in which the main thing is not the formation of a person with predetermined qualities, but the creation of conditions for its full development and manifestation of specific, individual characteristics. The formation of value orientations in future pilots contributes to the development of personality, self-regulation, worldview, affects the formation of professional activity at the stage of the educational process, is an important factor for a positive psychological climate in the group and in the future professional environment.
