Визначення концепту «Готовність до міжкультурної взаємодії» в авіаційній освіті

Abstract

У статті узагальнено та систематизовано визначення понять «готовність», «психологічна готовність», «міжкультурне спілкування» та «взаємодія». Проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні дослідження вітчизняних, зарубіжних вчених та науковців щодо вирішення проблеми формування готовності до професійної діяльності. Виокремлено ключові проблеми, щодо ефективного та безпечного міжкультурного спілкування майбутніх фахівців. The article considers the meaning of the concepts of readiness, psychological readiness, intercultural communication and interaction. Psychological and pedagogical researches of domestic, foreign scientists and scientists on the decision of a problem of formation of readiness for professional activity are analyzed. The key issues concerning effective and safe intercultural communication of future specialists are highlighted. Global trends in the modern world and the growing importance of culture as a fundamental factor in the further development of civilization, make the problem of forming a person's readiness for intercultural communication and the search for pedagogical ways to implement this process especially relevant. The main task of teaching foreign languages - is to study the language as a real and full-fledged means of communication. An important point is that languages must be studied in inseparable unity with the world and culture of the peoples who speak these languages. Nowadays, learning a foreign language cannot be separated from culture, from the sociocultural environment. Knowledge of mentality and culture is becoming no less important today than knowledge of language. In other words, to understand the knowledge of one language is not enough, it is important to know how to use it in a particular socio-cultural plan. Relationships between people today are closely linked to the tasks of learning a foreign language. Knowledge of the culture and peculiarities of the psychology of the native speaker becomes extremely relevant.
