Науковий аналіз проблеми формування професійно значущих якостей особистості майбутнього фахівця

Abstract

У статті аналізується проблема формування професійно значущих якостей особистості майбутнього фахівця у науковій літературі. In the article the problem of forming professionally of meaningful qualities of personality of future specialist is analysed in scientific literature. For today in science absent unanimity is in determination of concept «professionally meaningful qualities». We support position of those research workers, which probe PZYA as a complex, aggregate of the characteristic most essential qualities of person, necessary for implementation of certain labour activity, that can provide achievement of ponderable result in a concrete profession for satisfaction of necessities of both separate man and society, on the whole. The analysis of scientific literature grounds to establish, that often a concept «professionally meaningful qualities» equates with terms «professional abilities», «professional capabilities», «professional properties», «professional lines». In our view, such equation of these concepts is erroneous. Probing the problem of forming professionally of meaningful qualities of specialists, in particular and avsup, it follows to select a few going near the analysis of concept professionally meaningful qualities: descriptive is illumination of separate personality qualities; psychological – through a concept “capabilities”; profesiografichniy, in accordance with which professionally important qualities are personality qualities of man, necessary for this profession, that influence on efficiency of realization of his labour after basic descriptions (productivity, reliability but other); kompetentnisniy, in obedience to which the subject of activity is characterized from point of capture certain jurisdictions.
