Нейроменеджмент як сучасний напрям розвитку управління

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні особливості виникнення та розвитку нейроменеджменту. Проаналізована історія виникнення нейроменеджменту. Доведено, що поєднання нейронаук з традиційними підходами в галузі управління дозволяє підприємствам вийти на принципово новий рівень організації виробництва та управління. Висвітлені поняття нейроменеджменту та нейролідерства. З’ясовано, що використання нейромеханізмів в управлінні дозволяє більш ефективно координувати роботу співробітників з врахуванням особливостей функціонування людського мозку. Доведено, що організувати бізнес-процеси в межах підприємства відповідно до законів нейробіології складніше, але використання нейроменеджменту дозволяє налаштувати систему мотивації персоналу, змінити взаємовідносини між менеджерами та підлеглими. The article considers the main features of the new direction of management development. A brief history of the emergence of neuromanagement is analyzed. The combination of neuroscience with traditional approaches in the field of management allows companies to reach a fundamentally new level of organization is proved. The concepts of neuromanagement and neuroleadership are covered. Neuroleadership helps to more effectively coordinate the work of the company's employees, taking into account the peculiarities of the human brain. The main purpose of neuromanagement is to provide senior management with effective development tools that allow more efficient use of intellectual activity. This approach makes it possible to use separate tools for solving management problems that are not only based on the biological nature of the evolutionary process of brain development, but also allows the managed system and the object of management to achieve better results. Neuromanagement allows you to implement this on a scientifically sound basis, which is directly related not only to the mission of the manager in the development process, but also the effective use of their own brain and the development of the brain. Organizing business processes within the enterprise in accordance with the laws of neurobiology is more difficult, but the use of neuromanagement will set up a system of staff motivation, change the relationship between managers and subordinates. Organizations that will implement and use neuromanagement tools will have an undeniable advantage both in the market and in the organization of the production chain. Non-standard approaches of neuromanagement, which are based on knowledge of the features of the human brain, will improve the quality of management of organizations, which in turn will create the most productive working conditions.
