Оцінка транспортної роботи при виконанні авіаційних перевезень

Abstract

В статті розглянута оцінка транспортної роботи при виконанні авіаційних перевезень з урахуванням кількості, дальності та швидкості доставки пасажирів і вантажів між пунктами відправлення і призначення. Проаналізовано загальноприйнятні критерії оцінки транспортної роботи при виконанні авіаційних перевезень, визначено наукові основи обґрунтування показників транспортної роботи на основі універсальної просторово-часової системи загальних законів природи, енергетичного підходу і фізичних законів руху авіаційних транспортних засобів. Підтверджено наукову обґрунтованість, об’єктивність, адекватність і коректність використання одиниці «тран» для оцінки транспортної роботи при виконанні авіаційних перевезень та виявлено парадоксальну незацікавленість виробників авіаційних послуг у її впровадженні в повсякденну практику експлуатації авіаційного транспорту. This article reviews the assessment of transport work in the performance of air transport operations, taking into account the number, range and speed of delivery of passengers and cargo between the points of departure and destination. The generally accepted criteria for evaluating transport work in the performance of air transportation are analyzed. It is established that their improvement is carried out in the direction of expanding the list of factors that are taken into account in determining the relevant indicators, sequentially - the number (mass) of transportation objects (passengers and cargo), distance (distance between points of departure and destination) and speed (time) their spatial movement (delivery) from the point of departure to the destination. The scientific foundations of adequate evaluation of transport work during air transport operations on the basis of the universal space-hour system of general laws of nature (LT-system) are established, energy approach (laws of LT-system conservation) and physical laws of air vehicles motion (Newtonian and Bernoulli mechanics) taking into account their aerodynamic characteristics and the density of the environmental movement.. The scientific validity, objectivity is confirmed, adequacy and correctness of using the "trans" unit for evaluation of transport work while performing of air transportation as a ratio of transported objects mass to the range of their spaciousness moving between the points of departure and destination and the square of delivery speed. The paradoxical disinterest of aviation services producers in its implementation in everyday practice of aviation transport operation was revealed. A promising direction of research on this issue is modeling the efficiency of technical use of aircrafts based on the use of objective, adequate and correct unit of transport work "tran" in the performance of air transportation.
