Аналітичний огляд комплексного дослідження шляхів удосконалення професійної підготовки фахівців авіаційної галузі

Abstract

У статті вміщено огляд вагомих наукових знахідок групи дослідників проблеми пошуку шляхів удосконалення професійної підготовки фахівців авіаційної галузі у вітчизняних профільних закладах вищої освіти. Дослідженням охоплено тривалий часовий проміжок, що уможливило здійснення комплексного аналізу системи підготовки авіаційних фахівців у вітчизняних льотних ЗВО та проведення неодноразових хронологічних зрізів для фіксації результатів запропонованих дослідниками заходів з удосконалення освітнього процесу. The article provides an overview of important scientific researches of a group of researchers on the problem of finding ways to improve the training of aviation professionals in Ukrainian specialized institutions of high establishments. The study covered a long period of time, which allowed for a comprehensive analysis of the system of training aviation specialists in Ukrainian air defense and conducting multiple chronological sections to record the results of measures proposed by researchers to improve the educational process. Based on the results of the research, organizational and pedagogical conditions are determined and the processes of formation of actual professionally important qualities in future aviation specialists are modeled and models of their realization in the educational process of flight air defense are presented; outlined ways to improve the professional training of these specialists, developed recommendations to bring them into line with ICAO requirements, in particular on the formation of individual style of educational and professional activities of cadets; formation of future aviation specialists' skills in professional interaction and professional communication, etc. The introduction of the developed methodological documentation in the educational process of Ukrainian air defense made it possible to improve the quality of training of future specialists in the aviation industry (pilots, controllers, engineers, specialists in emergency maintenance and safety in air transport, UA operators, aviation safety specialists, managers, etc.) and thus - increasing the level of their competitiveness in the world labor market and the level of flight free economic zones of Ukraine in international university rankings, etc.
