Експериментальне дослідження процесу формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації

Abstract

У статті автор представляє особливості змісту та організації експериментального дослідження. З метою дослідження критеріїв професійної комунікації майбутніх іноземних авіафахівців використовувалися ряд авторських методик, опитувальників, тестів. Розкрито завдання експерименту, аналіз етапів експерименту, динаміку показників критеріїв, рівнів навчальних досліджень. The final stage in the process of implementation there are a set of tasks aimed at achieving the goal of the studying. It is an experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and structural and functional model of the motivation formation of foreigners – future aviation specialists to professional communication. During the scientific search, a plan and an experimental program were developed. Indicators, criteria and levels of motivation of foreign students for studying English were determined in flight establishments; an assessment scale was selected according to the levels of academic achievement; the necessary methodological support for the experimental work was created. The purpose of the experimental research is to test the hypothesis, which should confirm or refute the correctness of the study, the implementation of the description and the implementation of the results of the experiment in the practice of educational activity of the flight establishments. The following tasks were involved in the pedagogical experiment: to form control and experimental groups; to implement pedagogical conditions through a structural and functional model of formation of motivation of foreigners – future aviation industry specialists to study professionally oriented English; to present an analysis of the results of the experimental work. According to the experimental program, the educational process is organized through the introduction of innovative teaching methods. The process of the experiment was monitored, the state of the development and the process of achievements by the participants which were realized at the medium and high levels of motivation for professional communication. Tests of professional communication were conducted during the preparation of future aviation specialists among the number of foreign students of flight educational establishments.
