Демченко І. В. Формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.04 «Теорія і методика професійної освіти» – Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету, Кропивницький, 2020. Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню проблеми формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації. У роботі виконано теоретичне узагальнення та практичне розв’язання означеної проблеми. Розкрито сутність зазначеної мотивації майбутніх іноземних фахівців авіаційної галузі. Визначено компоненти (ціннісний, когнітивний, комунікативний, рефлексивний), критерії (мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивно- діяльнісний, інтерактивно-мовленнєвий, рефлексивний), показники й рівні (низький, середній, високий) сформованості мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації. Виявлено, теоретично обґрунтовано, експериментально перевірено і доведено ефективність трьох педагогічних умов формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації: розвиток критичного мислення у процесі оволодіння професійною англомовною комунікацією; комплексне упровадження інформаційно-комунікативних технологій в освітній процес; оптимізація самостійної роботи іноземних студентів під час вивчення англійської мови. Розроблено структурно- функціональну модель формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації, що складається з чотирьох взаємопов’язаних блоків: цільового (мета, завдання); методологічного (наукові підходи та принципи); змістово-процесуального (зміст, педагогічні умови, методи, форми, засоби); оцінювально-результативного (компоненти, критерії, рівні сформованості та результат). The thesis generalizes and proposes theoretical and methodological bases for solving the problem of formation of foreigners’ motivation – future aviation specialists to professional communication in the process of education in the flight establishment of higher education. Flight safety, efficiency and preservation of the aviation environment depend on the involvement of competent, well-prepared for professional cooperation in the international environment of foreigners – future aviation specialists. Preparation of highly qualified, ready for communication and cooperation of foreigners – future aviation specialists stimulates searches the means and the methods of activation of training, the development of the newest educational technologies, which foresee the usage of innovative pedagogical methods of training and aimed at the development of critical thinking, students’ formation to professional communication. Existing aviation events are caused by errors in the process of conducting radio exchange in English. They can occur due to lack of proper level of professional communication skills. Ability to choose the right strategy for behavior in standard and non-standard situations, making the right decision, responsibility for passenger safety is the priority for foreigners – future aviation specialists. The modern vision of the problem of professional communication of foreigners – future aviation specialists is, that it cannot be reduced only to master the phraseology of radio exchange, the usage of technical terms and abbreviations, which should be based on professional speaking skills of standard speech, which are important for the profession of aviation specialists, but knowledge of general English, is a key for a successful career, which is also an important competitive advantage in the professional activity in the aviation environment and English is the international equivalent of communication in the modern world, since the economic, political, scientific life of society is carried out in English. The basic concepts of the study («motivation», «professional communication», «intercultural communication», «professional aviation communication») and terms are related to the formation of motivation («motivation of negative nature», «motivation of a positive nature», «educational motivation» «professional motivation»). The concept of «motivation of foreigners – future aviation professionals for professional communication» as «a system of external and internal motives interacting in certain communication situations, which is characterized by specific content of aviation environment’s activity and needs of foreing students». The content components of preparation for forming motivation for professional communication were characterized: valuable, cognitive, communicative, personal. According to these components, criteria (motivational-value, cognitive-activity, interactive-speech, reflexive) and their indicators are defined. According to the criteria and indicators, low, medium and high levels of motivation of foreigners – future aviation specialists to professional communication was differentiated. It was distinguished the pedagogical conditions of formation of foreigners’ motivation – future aviation specialists to professional communication such as: the development of critical thinking in the process of forming positive motivation for professional English-speaking communication; the usage of information and communication technologies into the educational process of foreign students; optimization of foreign students’ independent work in the process of foreign language studying, which will promote a harmonious educational process and formation of positive motivation for professional communication of future foreign aviation specialists. The studying does not cover all aspects of formation foreigners’ motivation – future aviation specialists to professional communication. Prospects for further research are related to the development, justification and experimental verification of structural and functional model and pedagogical conditions, the need for effective methods of teaching and creating conditions for the formation of motivation, which depends on the professionalism of foreigners – the future aviation specialists.
