Педагогічні умови організації науково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

Завальнюк О. С. Педагогічні умови організації науково- дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук зі спеціальності 13.00.04 – «Теорія і методика професійної освіти». – Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету, Кропивницький, 2020. У дисертації подано результати теоретико-експериментального дослідження з визначення, обґрунтування та експериментальної перевірки методики організації науково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки та сукупності педагогічних умов, що забезпечують її ефективність. Висвітлено концептуальні основи, з’ясовано специфіку та схарактеризовано складники, виокремлено принципи, на засадах яких забезпечується дослідницьке спрямування фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів географії. Визначено функції та підтверджено значущість у цьому процесі науково-дослідницької діяльності студентів. За сутністю науково-дослідницьку діяльність визначено як процес цілеспрямованого пошуку академічно та практично зорієнтованої професійно значущої інформації, а за змістом – як динамічний системний об’єкт, що ініціює та забезпечує створення студентами нового об’єктивного, системно- організованого й обґрунтованого знання. Розкрито зміст, структуру та етапи, виокремлено критерії (мотиваційна готовність, методологічна грамотність, дослідницька компетентність, продуктивність пошукових дій), показники й рівні організації науково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки. Здійснено аналіз науково-теоретичного й практичного досвіду, обґрунтовано педагогічні умови організації науково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки, а саме: створення у ЗВО професійно-дослідницького середовища, що забезпечує цілісність становлення інноваційної особистості майбутнього вчителя географії; реалізація індивідуальних дослідницьких маршрутів і професійних перспектив студентів на основі інтеграції фахового навчання та практичної й методологічної підготовки; компетентне педагогічне управління поетапним включенням студентів у систему науково-дослідницької роботи ЗВО, моніторинг їх персональних досягнень із застосуванням ІКТ. Розроблено комплексну методику, висвітлено зміст педагогічного експерименту з апробації педагогічних умов організації науково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів географії в процесі фахової підготовки та підтверджено їх ефективність. The dissertation presents the results of the conducted theoretical and experimental research on determining, grounding and testing the methodic of organization of scientific research activities of future geography teachers during the vocational training process and a set of pedagogical terms that ensure its effectiveness. The conceptual basics have been clarified, the specifics and constituents of future geography teachers’ scientific research activities have been identified, the principles, which are guaranteeing the research orientability of the future geography teachers’ vocational training, have been directed. The functions have been shown, and the significance of the students’ scientific research activities has been confirmed. In thesis the students’ scientific research activities has been inherently defined as a process of purposeful search for academically and practically oriented professionally meaningful information, and by its content – as a dynamic systemic object, which initiates and provides to creation by students of the new objective system-organized and grounded knowledge. The content, structure and stages of scientific research activities of future geography teachers have been revealed; the criteria (motivational readiness, methodological literacy, research competence, productivity of search actions), performances and levels of their organization during the vocational training process have been highlighted. The analysis of scientific-theoretical and practical experience has been carried out, the pedagogical terms of organization the scientific research activities of future geography teachers during the vocational training process have been substantiated, namely: creation of a professional-research environment in HEI, which ensures the integrity of becoming an innovative personality of a future geography teacher; realization of individual students’ research routes and professional perspectives on the basis of integration of professional training and practical and methodological training; competent pedagogical management of the gradual inclusion of students in the system of scientific research work, and monitoring their personal achievements together with ICT and tools. A comprehensive methodic and the content of the pedagogical experiment have been developed and clarified, and the effectiveness of pedagogical terms for the organization of scientific research activities of future geography teachers in the vocational training process have been confirmed.
