Формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації

Abstract

Дорошенко Т. М. Формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.04 «Теорія і методика професійної освіти». – Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету, Кропивницький, 2020. Дослідження присвячено проблемі формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації в процесі фахової підготовки. До наукового обігу введено поняття «готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації» як інтегроване особистісне утворення, що охоплює спрямованість на професійну діяльність, наявність фахових знань, умінь і якостей, необхідних для якісного виконання професійних завдань у стандартних й особливих умовах управлінської діяльності на авіаційних підприємствах та в організаціях. Виокремлено, теоретично обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації в процесі фахової підготовки, а саме: розвиток внутрішньої мотивації майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації через розкриття особистісного потенціалу; міждисциплінарна інтеграція в професійній підготовці під час вивчення дисциплін економічного й авіаційного спрямування; забезпечення практичної спрямованості навчання через використання інноваційних методів квазіпрофесійної діяльності; розвиток професійно важливих якостей і вмінь

через організацію рефлексивно-творчої діяльності. Розроблено структурно- функціональну модель формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної

галузі до професійної самореалізації в процесі фахової підготовки, що

складається з чотирьох взаємопов’язаних блоків: цільового, теоретико- методологічного, організаційно-технологічного, оцінювально-результативного.

Експериментально доведено ефективність запропонованих педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації, виявлено позитивну динаміку сформованості високого й середнього рівнів готовності майбутніх менеджерів авіаційної галузі до професійної самореалізації. In the light of new social, economic and political conditions in Ukraine that have been formed in the process of globalization and integration in all spheres of social life, future managers of the aviation industry have to respond rapidly to changes in the fields of engineering, technology, administration and management. There is a necessity to create a conducive environment of vocational training in specialized higher education institutes (HEI), which provides development of future specialists’ creative potential, capable of self-determination and self-improvement, constant professional growth for further effective self-realization in aviation industry. The actuality of the problem is exacerbated by the introduction of European requirements and recommendations for aviation manager’s professional activity, which leads to separation of readiness for professional self-realization as a component of professional training. The necessity for such transformations in the field of education is represented in the Laws of Ukraine "On Higher Education" (2014), "On Education" (2017), Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and "On Approval of the National Qualifications Framework” (2011). Legal and regulatory documents of the aviation industry govern the requirements for professional activities of aviation specialists and emphasize the need for their training continuous improvement. In particular: "Air Code of Ukraine" (2011), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) No 8973/9 "Aviation Security Manual" (2014), The Order of the State Service of Ukraine for Aviation Safety Supervision "On Approval of the Regulations on the Aviation Safety Management System" (2005) and many others. Managers should effectively organize professional activities, be able for finding special approaches to solving various non-standard situations, work with large amounts of information, have a high level of psychophysiological reliability, general and professional culture, etc. In the context of aviation managers work in the aviation industry these processes are complicated by the rapid development of aviation transportation system technologies, by the constant update of the regulatory and legislative framework, by the eager to minimize the human factor, by the responsibility for passengers’ lives and by the problem of flight safety. Formation of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization is of particular importance. It enhances the effectiveness of a specialist’s capability to work in conditions of international competition, to use fundamental knowledge in practice, which affects the quality of performance of his/her functional duties. A high level of readiness for professional self-realization ensures aviation managers’ successful interaction with other internal and external departments of enterprises and organizations, with the top management staff and with employees. At the same time, shortcomings of occupational opportunities affect the professional and personal growth of aviation managers and, directly, the safety of flights. On the basis of the pre-analyzed scientific sources, the definitions of "readiness", "professional readiness" and "professional self-realization" have been clarified. Generalization and interpretation of scientific provisions made it possible to interpret the concept of "future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization" as an integrated personal formation, which includes focus on professional activities, professional knowledge availability, skills and qualities necessary for the high-quality performance of professional duties in standard and unusual conditions of management activities at aviation enterprises and organizations. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization in the process of professional training have been defined. The first is the development of the internal motivation of future aviation managers for professional self-realization through the disclosure of their personal potential. The second is interdisciplinary integration in training while studying economic and aviation disciplines. The third is to ensure the practical focus of learning through the use of innovative methods of quasi-professional activities. The fourth is the development of professionally important qualities and skills through the organization of reflexive and creative activities. These conditions are implemented in appropriate forms and training methods: 1) conducting lectures in different modifications and practical sessions using interactive interaction techniques and a project method; 2) conducting binary classes using inter-subject relationships in the process of training; 3) use of business games and a case-study method; 4) conducting a training course in formation of the readiness of future aviation managers for professional self-realization. The structurally-functional model of the formation of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization in the process of training, which provides an opportunity to effectively organize and implement a simulated process in a specialized HEI, has been justified. During the development of the author's structurally-functional model, the results of theoretical and empirical studies were summarized, approaches to problems in modern science were defined, components of the study readiness and the conditions for its effective formation were highlighted. The structurally-functional

model consists of a target unit, theoretically-methodological unit, organizationally- technological unit and evaluatively-resultative unit.

The results of the implementation of the proposed pedagogical conditions for the formation of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization and the structurally-functional model of preparing future aviation managers for professional self-realization during the formative stage of the experiment have confirmed the effectiveness of their influence. Statistically the significant discrepancy of indicators of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization of the experimental group at the control stage of the experiment made it appropriate to further implementation of the developed measures in the process of teaching students. Among the students of the experimental group, the results of the formative stage of the experiment are higher than in the control group - at a significance level of 0.05 for all criteria of future aviation managers’ readiness for professional self-realization.
