Формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх авіаційних фахівців у процесі вивчення безпілотних повітряних суден

Ковальова О. С. Формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх авіаційних фахівців у процесі вивчення безпілотних повітряних суден. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.04 – теорія і методика професійної освіти. – Льотна академія Національного авіаційного університету, Кропивницький, 2020. Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню професійної підготовки майбутніх авіаційних фахівців у профільних закладах вищої освіти. У роботі виконано теоретичне узагальнення та вирішено наукове завдання щодо формування інноваційної компетентності майбутніх авіаційних фахівців у процесі вивчення безпілотних повітряних суден. Сформульовано поняття інноваційної компетентності майбутнього авіаційного фахівця як інтегративної якості особистості, здатності продуктивно виконувати інноваційну діяльність в авіаційній галузі на основі набутих компетенцій: аксіологічно-мотиваційної, процесуально-діяльнісної, організаційно-впроваджувальної, соціальної, інформаційно-комунікативної, здоров’язберігаючої, екологічної, рефлексивно-регулятивної. У структурі інноваційної компетентності майбутнього авіаційного фахівця виділено чотири компоненти (когнітивний, праксеологічний, мотиваційний, особистісний) та конкретизовано відповідні критерії її сформованості (інтелектуальний, практично-діяльнісний, поведінковий та індивідуальний) за визначеними показниками й рівнями (високий, оптимальний, низький), що дозволило запропонувати діагностичний апарат для вимірювання стану її сформованості. Розроблено, обґрунтовано й апробовано структурно-функціональну модель формування інноваційної компетентності авіаційних фахівців у процесі вивчення безпілотних повітряних суден, яка містить організаційний, змістовий, процесуальний, оцінно-результативний блоки, а її ключовим елементом визначено організаційно-педагогічні умови. The dissertation is devoted to the research of the process of the future aviation specialists’ professional training in the institution of higher education. The theoretical generalization is performed in the work and the scientific task on formation of the future aviation specialists’ innovative competence in the process of studying unmanned aerial vehicles is solved. New educational standards and a new understanding of the quality of education are being introduced in Ukraine. Its main criterion is the formation of key competencies. There is a tendency to increase the impact of innovative competence on the specialist’s competitiveness in the labor market. Analysis of recent research and publications has shown that despite the significant amount of research on the formation of various competencies, the formation of the future aviation professionals’ innovative competence is insufficiently covered. The analysis of recent research and publications, standards of higher education and empirical pedagogical experience allowed to formulate the concept of the future aviation specialist’s innovative competence as an integrative quality of personality, ability to productively perform innovative activities in aviation, based on acquired competencies: axiological, procedural, organizational implementary, social, information and communication, health, environmental, reflective-regulatory. The structure of the future aviation specialist’s innovative competence identifies four components (cognitive, praxeological, motivational, personal) and specifies the relevant criteria (intellectual, practical, behavioral and individual) according to certain indicators and levels (high, optimal, low) of the aviation specialists’ innovative competence formation, which allowed to offer a diagnostic apparatus to identify the state of its formation. The structural-functional model of formation of the aviation specialists’ innovative competence in the study of unmanned aerial vehicles has been developed, substantiated and tested, the central element of which has become organizational and pedagogical conditions The author's model contains the following blocks: organizational, semantic, procedural, evaluation-effective. The organizational block includes: the purpose, tasks and principles that make up the organizational stage of the model, which are one of the main system-forming factors. The goal is defined as the formation of the aviation specialists’ innovative competence in the process of studying unmanned aircraft. Among the principles are general pedagogical, specific pedagogical and general organizational. The semantic block includes components of the future aviation specialists’ innovative competence (cognitive, praxeological, motivational, personal), which are formed in the process of studying the unmanned aerial vehicles, and the corresponding criteria: cognitive component – intellectual criterion; praxeological component – practical-activity criterion; motivational component – behaveioral criterion; personal component – an individual criterion, according to them indicators and levels of formation are distinguished (low, optimal, high). The procedural block of the model contains organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of innovative competence: the use of STEM-technology as a basis for the principle of unity of theory and practice and vocational training with elements of innovation; organization of research work of cadets in the process of professional training of aviation specialists; creation of an innovative educational environment in a specialized institution of higher education. The types, forms, methods and content of education are specified. The evaluation and performance block allows to check the effectiveness of the model and adjust the process of innovative competence formation. The dissertation describes in detail the methodology and stages of the pedagogical experiment, substantiates the objectivity and validity of its results, which confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed structural and functional model of the future aviation specialists’ innovative competence in the study of unmanned aerial vehicles. Methodical recommendations for its formation have been developed.
