Впровадження корпоративної інформаційної системи як елементу вдосконалення управління діяльністю авіакомпанії

Abstract

У статі досліджено особливості впровадження інформаційних технологій в систему корпоративного управління авіакомпанії. Формалізовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат управління корпоративною інформаційною діяльністю авіакомпанії. Визначено вектори розвитку діяльності авіакомпанії з позиції впровадження інформаційних технологій в корпоративне управління. Запропоновано практичні рекомендацій щодо впровадження корпоративної інформаційної системи як елементу вдосконалення управління діяльністю авіакомпанії. Abstract. Objective. Theoretical substantiation of aspects of introduction of corporate information system as an element of improvement of management of activity of airline. Methods presented in the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of corporate information system in the activities of airlines of Ukraine, as an element of improving management ideology. The proposed new technologies and management methods should be summarized by default, performed by domestic manufacturers as competitive products, which are contained in different markets. Automation of corporate governance, which, as a reference, carries out the practical activities of all leaders in the air industry, allows you to get significant economic benefits and optimize the potential. The conducted analytical literature sources confirmed the specification that the problems of corporate information systems, and they consider the issues that they do to the enterprises of the civil power of Ukraine, which do not pay attention. Results. It is determined that the airline's corporate information system (CIS) is an information system that supports the automation of management functions at the airline and its representative offices in other regions or countries and provides information for management decisions. It implements a management ideology that combines the airline's business strategy and advanced information technology. The elements of the corporate information system of airline activity management are substantiated, as well as the directions of activity, which it allows to control effectively. It is proved that automated corporate information management is the main activity of the airline, which is associated with the provision of air services for passenger transportation, development of routes and flights, choice of aircraft type, class of transportation, provides the bulk of revenue and is the main source of value. Therefore, CIS-based management is a priority for the management of domestic airlines. Scientific novelty. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of management of corporate information activity of the airline is formalized. The vectors of development of the airline 's activity from the standpoint of introduction of information technologies in corporate management are determined. Practical recommendations for the introduction of a corporate information system as an element of improving the management of the airline. Practical significance the obtained results are reflected in the possibility of their use by aviation enterprises, including airlines, in order to increase the efficiency of management using a modern corporate information system. The results of the study are based on an analysis of the activities of the existing airline, can be used by aviation companies to increase the efficiency of economic activity through the introduction of corporate information management system FEA.
