Роль інтеграційних процесів у розвитку туристських дестинацій

Abstract

У статті здійснено обґрунтування ролі інтеграційних процесів у розвитку туристських дестинацій. Особливу увагу приділено кластерним утворенням, які ґрунтуються на об’єднанні конкуренції та кооперації та мають найбільший потенціал серед інтегрованих структур. Доведено доцільність інтеграції туристських підприємств у формі кластерного об’єднання як найбільш ефективної форми економічної взаємодії. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки кластерної моделі організації туристичного бізнесу в межах певної дестинації. Обгрунтовано роль інтеграційних процесів в розвитку туристських дестинацій, які виступають каталізатором підвищення ефективності функціонування дестинацій. Ukraine’s tourism industry is undergoing significant changes, characterized by deepening internationalization and globalization of business, increasing competitiveness. The new conditions lead to the scientific rethinking and justification of new vectors for the development of tourism enterprises, strategic partnerships, consolidation, cooperation, as well as the mechanism of their effective economic interaction. At present, there is no unified integrated approach that would allow systematic consideration of problems of integration processes in tourism and their impact on the development of tourist destinations. Integration processes involve the establishment of such relationships between tourism enterprises, which ensure the long-term convergence of the general purpose of the integrating, and integrated enterprises and which give organizations some advantages. Reconciliation of economic interests of tourism enterprises can be achieved through their consolidation and creation of integrated structures within the tourist destination. The main features of the destination are: complementarity of constituent elements, historical and cultural value, indivisibility, usage by both tourists and locals. Cluster integration of economic entities is geographical nature, in accordance with the territorial principle. The tourism product is created and implemented by the joint efforts of partners specializing in different activities, but within the framework of a single technological process. With this approach, the tourism potential of a particular region becomes more and more effective. The initiation of integration processes in a particular tourist destination should be preceded by successive steps that will allow information to be analyzed and further decided on the feasibility of integration, in particular: exploring the tourist potential of the destination; determining the features of a particular tourist destination; analysis of the socio-economic role of the tourism cluster for the development of the destination.
