Модель професійних компетенцій диспетчера із забезпечення польотів при виконанні задачі інформаційного забезпечення польоту

Abstract

У дослідженні розглянута проблема визначення професійних компетенцій диспетчера із забезпечення польоту при виконанні задачі інформаційного забезпечення польотів. Проблема уточнення та вдосконалення моделі професійних компетенцій авіаційних фахівців є особливо актуальною в умовах сучасних тенденцій модернізації вищої освіти та враховуючи стрімкий розвиток авіаційної галузі. В статті розглянуто вимоги до роботи диспетчера із забезпечення польоту, визначено його основні функції при виконанні задачі інформаційного забезпечення польоту та визначено професійні компетенції (ПК) для вказаної задачі. На основі сформульованих компетенцій диспетчера із ЗП та рекомендацій міжнародних авіаційних організацій, було розроблено модель ПК диспетчера із ЗП. The study considers the problem of determining the professional competencies of the flight dispatcher in performing the task of flight information service. The problem of clarifying and improving the model of professional competencies of aviation specialists is especially relevant in the current trends of modernization of higher education in the rapid development of the aviation industry. The formation of professional competencies of the future flight dispatcher requires a fundamentally new approach from the educational institution: the integration of higher education, practical activities and new information technologies and involves the improvement of learning technology. Therefore, the formation of professional competence, i.e. the application of knowledge and skills in a real life situation, is one of the most relevant problems. Theoretical analysis of scientific works on the outlined problem and study of practical experience of training future flight dispatchers allowed to identify the following contradictions between: requirements of the modern labour market for training of modern aviation specialists, the necessity of formation professional competencies and insufficient orientation of the Flight Academy in professional training of such specialists; the need to form the professional competencies of future flight dispatchers and the lack of a model of professional competencies of these specialists. Analysis of scientific sources and requirements of international organizations for the training of flight dispatchers, allowed to identify the main functions of such specialists in performing the task of flight information service and to formulate professional competencies for this task. Based on the formulated competencies of the flight dispatcher, a model of the flight dispatcher competences was developed, which is presented in the form of a table detailing knowledge, skills and abilities in accordance with each competence in the task of flight information service. The developed PC model will be used to improve the training process of future professionals.
