Формування загальних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців у процесі моделювання професійних ситуацій

Abstract

Автори на основі аналізу сучасних документів та особливостей розвитку мислення молоді обґрунтовують потребу формування загальних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців у закладах вищої освіти. Запропоновано підхід до формування загальних компетентностей на основі моделювання конкретних ситуацій професійної взаємодії з використанням методу аналізу конкретних ситуацій та ділових ігор. The authors analyzed modern documents which define the content of professional training in Ukraine. General competences were emphasized taking into account their specific character. Practicability of general competences development of future specialists was given proof taking into account modern youth thinking, in particular clip thinking development. General competences are considered as special organized sets of knowledge, habits, skills and attitudes, which allow a person to acquire holistic experience of solving various problems both life and professional on the basis of adequate use of knowledge in accordance with a particular life and professional context. The approach for developing future specialists’ general competences based on professional interaction situation modelling was offered. Specific situation modelling is considered as a problem teaching method, using which the students identify contradictions, define professional problem and find the optimal way of its solving using various logic operations. Modelling provides for the implementation of the chosen method of action in artificially created conditions. The authors emphasize that particular professional problems have to be personally orientated. They project motivational engagement into the activity of every participant of educational process. The tasks for future specialists were worked out. These tasks are aimed at students’ understanding of contradiction main point in specific situations, necessary knowledge actualization for decision-making, critical perception of information for professional problem solving. The authors recommend specific rules for student behaviour while analyzing specific professional interaction situations. The effective method of developing general competences is a business game, the result of which is the emergence of future specialists model of activity in situations of professional interaction.
