Abstract: У роботі розглядаються методи та засоби формування мотивації навчальної діяльності майбутніх авіадиспетчерів. Проведено аналіз наукових досліджень стосовно проблем формування мотивації навчальної діяльності. Представлені методи та відповідні їм засоби формування мотивації навчальної діяльності майбутніх авіадиспетчерів. The methods and means for motivation formation of future air traffic controllers’ educational activity have been considered in this work. The analysis of scientific researches concerning problems of future air traffic controllers’ educational activity has been carried out. Methods and corresponding means for motivation formation of future air traffic controllers’ educational activity have been presented. The aim of the article is to conduct an analysis of the scientific literature and determine the main methods and means for motivation formation of future air traffic controllers’ educational activity. Specialists from the National Bureau of Aircraft Accidents Investigation and Incidents with civil aircraft provide recommendations for the prevention of aviation events in order to eliminate or avoid a potential threat to flight safety that is identified in the investigation and analysis of aviation events and incidents. Most general recommendations relate to human factors and are aimed at: conducting investigations into the circumstances and causes of the incident as a result of the investigation, re-examining the governing documents, procedures, proper implementation of applicable procedures, compliance with aviation rules and legislation, additional training and qualification of aviation personnel including air traffic controllers. That is, one of the reasons for the decreasing of flight safety is the insufficient level of professional training of air traffic controllers’ professional training. Practical activity imposes high demands on such specialists for professional knowledge, skills and abilities, which necessitates the improvement of professional training, in particular the need to form positive internal motivation of educational activity. Thus, in the course of analyzing and generalizing the above studies, the methods and means for motivation formation of future air traffic controllers’ educational activity have been identified. This is achieved by a set of methods that activate the learning process, have a stimulating effect on future air traffic controllers, organize close contact with the trainer and future air traffic controllers, and act on the basis of relations in the training group of future air traffic controllers. We consider further development of the complex of methods and tools in the course of their inclusion in professional training.
