Упровадження нових підходів до організації професійної підготовки фахівців туристичної галузі як умова підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності

Abstract

У статті розглядаються можливості теоретичної і практичної підготовки майбутніх фахівців туристичної галузі в умовах існування технологічного парку «Flight City 4.0» Льотної академії НАУ. Базою для удосконалення теоретичних знань і практичних навичок майбутніми фахівцями у рамках основних навчальних курсів повинен стати «Туристичний центр академії», проект якого нами запропонований. System of tourism education in Ukraine to day is in the stage of its development. Its important objective is a professional training tourist personnel of highlevel which would meet hecurrentg lobal trend sinthisfield. The purpose of the article is to reveal the possibilities of the oretical and practical training of future specialists of tourist industry interms of the existence of a technological park "Flight City 4.0" Flight Academy of national aviation University in order to increase their competitive ness in the labour market. We offer architectural "Рroject of the tourist center", which will become part of Technopark "Flight City 4.0" and will improve the quality of training of specialists for the tourism industry. It will bring together three divisions – information tourist centre, sports and tourist сentre and tourist hostel. We see "Tourist center" as the basis for the improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of future specialists as part of the basic training courses. Offer to bring to work in each of the divisions of the Academy Flight students studying for professions 242 "Tourism" and 073 "Management" (specialization – management of tourist activity). We can argue that the creation with in the Technopark "Flight City 4.0" "tourist center" can be considered a new, interesting form of organization of training specialists in tourism, which will contribute to the increase their competitiveness in the labour market.
