Теоретичні та методичні підходи до формування змісту та структури професійно орієнтованих дисциплін під час підготовки менеджерів туризму

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність і процес формування структури та змісту професійно орієнтованих дисциплін, які є базисом у фаховій підготовці майбутніх менеджерів туризму. Визначено, що побудова дисциплін за модульним принципом повинна передбачати їх завершеність, уніфікованість та взаємодію з іншими модулями. Структурування змісту дисциплін дозволяє керувати процесом навчання і активізувати пізнавальну діяльність студентів. activity require training of professionals who will be able to carry out professional activities in this sector at a high level. Sector-specific issues determine the monitoring of the necessary knowledge, skills that should be mastered by future tourism managers, and the implementation of the results obtained in the educational process by constantly updating the training contents and adjusting it to the current requirements. Training of future tourism managers that would meet the current requirements both of the tourist services market and the employers provided for the clarification of the content of the professionally oriented block disciplines, as well as the forms and methods of work, in order to create conditions that would best facilitate the professional development of specialists. The quality problem of training specialists for the tourism industry was and remains urgent, and requires appropriate action for its resolving. One of the directions of improving the training quality of future tourism managers is the development of theoretical approaches and their methodological implementation in the context of the structure and content of professionally oriented disciplines, which are the basis for such training. The operational approach in the methodological complex development process, its conformity with the world trends in the development of tourism education, the continuous updating of disciplines content, their modular construction and practical orientation should become tools for tourism education quality improving.
