High requirements to the level of preparedness of air traffic controllers and the growing need for highly skilled air traffic controllers, necessitates optimization of their professional training in terms of increasing efficiency and shortening the terms of training. The decision of this task becomes more and more acute in the conditions of growth of the level of technical equipment of the workplaces of the controllers of the URF, increasing the intensity of air traffic, increasing the level of load and tension during the work process, especially in the event of emergency and unforeseen circumstances. The use of adaptive learning systems is a modern trend in the improvement of educational activities. In general, the term "learning strategy" is a set of techniques and techniques, the use of which involves purposeful thinking and behavior in order to acquire knowledge and develop skills and abilities in the learning process. The main characteristic of the learning strategy is that it is based on a conscious attitude to the learning process and the implementation of educational activities. The application of individual training strategies is an important direction in the development of the correction of the learning trajectory, the pace of learning, the complexity, content and nature of individual initial exercises in accordance with previous learning outcomes. An individual training strategy is a set of educational actions aimed at analyzing and working out the problem sides of educational activities of a professional direction, formed on the basis of individual characteristics of cadet learning. The article reviewed, analyzed and summarized the results of research in the field of adaptive learning and defined a set of individual training strategies to create a system of adaptive simulator training for air traffic controllers. However, an analysis of existing research has shown that the question of the formation of individual training strategies for air traffic controllers is not fully addressed, algorithms for the formation of such strategies are not defined. The development of these algorithms will allow the implementation of a full-fledged process of correction of training. The main issue to be solved before introducing an adaptive training system is the development of criteria for assessing the work of the air traffic controller. The proposed errors on the relevant evaluation criteria are considered as the basic parameters for the formation of individual training strategies in the simulator training of air traffic controllers and the main principles on which individual training strategies should be built. Also, the three-way system of individual training strategies for adaptive training of future air traffic controllers, based on the varieties of the nature of training activities on simulators and the prospects for the use of this system, are considered.
