Методичні рекомендації щодо формування професійної компетентності майбутніх авіафахівців у процесі вивчення природничих дисциплін

Abstract

У статті представлені методичні рекомендації викладачам природничих дисциплін льотних навчальних закладів щодо формування професійної компетентності майбутніх авіафахівців у процесі вивчення природничих дисциплін. Розкрито авторське тлумачення «професійної компетентності». Обгрунтовано мету та педагогічні умови професійної підготовки авіафахівців. Детально схарактеризовано зміст кожної методичної рекомендації. The article presents methodical recommendations for teachers of natural sciences at flight educational institutions concerning the formation of future aviation specialists’ professional competence in the process of studying natural sciences. The author's definition of "forming future aviation specialists’ professional competence in the process of studying natural sciences" is interpreted as a complex, gradual process of obtaining a qualitative multicomponent complex characteristic of specialist’ preparedness for professional activity in aviation. The author substantiates the purpose and pedagogical conditions of professional training of aviation specialists in flight educational institutions. The purpose of the paper is to ground methodical recommendations for forming future aviation specialists’ professional competence in the process of studying natural sciences. The necessary pedagogical conditions for forming future aviation specialists’ professional competence in the process of studying natural sciences are the following: simulating real practical activity using the method of analyzing aviation events, which are related to physico-geographical and meteorological factors of influence of the environment; improving structure and content of students’ extracurricular self-education by introducing the latest information technologies; organizing students’ research activities on the basis of contextual education and practical application of natural skills when doing their course research work. Eight methodical recommendations are described and the detailed content and features of each recommendation are disclosed. Professional competence in natural sciences as personal and professional quality of the future air specialist is formed in flight educational institutions, the process of its development and improvement is permanent. The proposed methodical recommendations for teachers of natural sciences working on the formation of students’ professional competence are not comprehensive, but they help future aviation specialist’ professional development as being competent representatives of Ukrainian aviation and outline the prospects for further investigation of the problem.
