In this article, for the first time, the author's approach to improving the teaching methodology of students through the use of synergetic-informatics methods in high school teaching practice is examined. This is a new area of focus, which lies on the intersection of a plurality of concepts of information theory and a set of concepts of synergetics. Our time is characterized by a significant growth of demands of society on the alumnus. It is connected with a number of important factors among which the major ones are the following: globalization of world economics, competitiveness among alumni from best higher educational establishments, continuing development of new technologies. So, all pedagogies face a complicated task of improving their teaching methods. In scientists’ opinion this task may be achieved due to usage of a new approach which was introduced by the authors of this article. For the first time it was named "synergetic-informatics" approach. The aim of this article is to draw researchers’ attention to this approach. To understand the basics of synergetic-informatics, we have to determine the terms "information" and "synergetics". In the 20th century the term "information" got some new interpretations. Let us name some of them: 1. It is suggested to understand information and theory of information as a process of acquiring of certain amount of information that different messages contain. Along with the issues of information transmission the theory of noise, different ways to modulate frequencies by a useful signal, ways to filtrate a useful signal with obstructions, mathematical methods of statistical analysis of a transmitted signal, etc. 2. Herman Haken, one of the founders of a progressive scientific trend named "synergetics", introduced his understanding of notion of "information". In his opinion information is a number of factual data which due to certain concerns is of great interest to a user, and these data must be analyzed. 3. In the IT sphere the term “information” is understood as elements of computer memory with an assigned variable. 4. Information and theory of its transmission may also be understood as any process of data exchange by various spheres of science, engineering, nature, psychology, philosophy, physiology and others. 5. A famous scientist Leon Brillouin came up with his approach to definition of the term "information", which then was developed by other scientists. The connection (maybe a deeper one than noticed analogy) between the notions of "information" and "entropy" is also worth studying. We may suggest that it would be more logical to establish theory of information on the basics of axiomatic approach, as for example, the classical Geometry was founded on Euclid’s axioms. It is obvious that certain similarity is observed in notions of "information" and "energy" though energy may be different. It may be considered that in the consciousness of every person certain information comprises model of existing reality is created, which individually reflects the connection and interaction of objects of surrounding world. Next logical step is to research how complicated structures are self-coined from chaos, moreover new knowledge is recorded in human brains. This is the sphere of interests of synergetics. Herman Haken stresses the unexpectedness of remarkable analogies in behavior of very different in nature structures in the process of transformation of chaos into highly organized structures. Relying on these assumptions Herman Henken makes a conclusion that living and non- living systems function according to the same fundamental principles. Also he thinks that different systems are far from analogy. Biological systems are able to create complicatedly organized systems themselves. As biological systems are open ones they constantly exchange energy, information and matter with environment. That is why entropy of biological systems may "enter" the environment. Precisely in an outer system entropy constantly enlarges due to dropping of entropy from a biological subsystem. Hermah Haken was interested very much in reason that makes chaos itself create complicated systems where entropy diminishes. This reason he named "unknown demon". With the notion of "entropy" Ilya Prigogin connected direction of time only from past to future, that was named "an arrow of time". He considered that the irreversibility of many processes in nature as well as chemical ones is connected with the law of the growth of entropy in the system which he studied thoroughly. As a philosopher Karl Raimund Popper claimed, none system may be proved, it may only be refuted. It is offered to understand synergetic-informatics as a research of processes of structuring new knowledge, new information, especially while teaching students with the aim to introduce necessary amount of knowledge of precise meaning. This knowledge is passed by a teacher in necessary order and in certain portions – in bits of scientific information. Effectively managing these processes, a teacher can significantly improve the efficiency of training. It is possible that there is a profound analogy between the work of a computer and human brain. Knowledge in the head of a person should be recorded in the same way as the exact order of recording the necessary information on the surface of the computer’s hard drive. Accordingly, in his classes a teacher must transfer educational information to students also in a structured form, which will facilitate the self-organization of the received educational information. This question needs, of course, additional study and further discussion.
